2. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure convenience and flexibility, Wethjog Global Ventures Ltd accepts the following payment methods:
i. Online Payments (Debit/Credit Cards & USSD)
. Customers can pay securely using MasterCard, Visa, or Verve via our trusted payment gateways (Paystack).
. USSD payments are available for customers without banking apps.

ii. Bank Transfers
. Customers can transfer payments directly to our official corporate bank account.
. Payments via mobile banking apps (GTBank, Zenith, UBA, etc.) are accepted.

iii. Mobile Wallet Payments

Payment confirmation is required before order processing.
Customers will receive a confirmation once payment is verified.

iv. Pay on Invoice (For Bulk & Corporate Orders Only)
. Corporate clients and bulk buyers may be eligible for invoice-based payments with a pre-agreed credit period.
. Approval for this payment option is subject to our management’s review.

3. How to Make Payments

Step 1: Request a Quote
Visit www.wethjog.com/request-quote and submit your order details.
Our team will review and provide a price estimate, including delivery charges (if applicable).

Step 2: Confirm & Proceed to Payment
Once you receive your quote via email/WhatsApp, you can proceed to payment.
A payment link will be sent to you for secure transactions via Paystack .

Step 3: Payment Confirmation
After making a payment, a receipt and order confirmation email will be sent to you.
Orders are processed only after payment is received (unless you are on an approved credit plan).

4. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
. Delivery timelines vary based on location and order quantity (typically 2-7 working days for most areas).
. Customers will receive tracking updates once their order is dispatched.

5. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

. Customers will receive an official receipt via email or WhatsApp immediately after payment.
. If you do not receive a payment confirmation within 24 hours, kindly contact our support team.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

.Order Cancellations
. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment, provided they have not been processed for delivery.
. Cancellations after this period may attract a restocking fee of 10%.
. Refund Policy
. Refunds are processed only if the product is not available for delivery or in the case of an overpayment.
.Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
. No refunds are allowed for custom orders or once products have been dispatched.

7. Secure Transactions

. All online payments are processed via trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure data protection.
. Wethjog does not store customer card details, and transactions comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
